Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, courier issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery details. The Chef Bay is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unavailability of the customer.
If the order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
