Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only for eligible products. We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
A replacement may be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice included.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product are shared with us.

Non-Eligible Items
Replacement will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, washed, altered, or mishandled by the customer.

- The product was purchased during a clearance sale or marked as non-returnable.
Refund Policy
